In October 2022, she became a full-time employee, now based in Protiviti’s Cincinnati, Ohio office. Building Skills and Broadening ScopeLindsey is dedicated to growing her knowledge and skillset by working on a range of client projects. To help make this happen, she has started actively networking within the firm, and is working towards additional certification to make herself more valuable to project teams and her clients.Embracing Diverse Learning OpportunitiesLindsey recently attended The Consulting Challenge, where she was able to practice client interviews and workstreams. She has also started working with her Protiviti career advisor to find ways to move outside her specialist field of financial crimes compliance, so that she can gain more diverse project experience.
