Gender pay gap

WGEA mandatory requirements for employers in Australia with over 100 staff to disclose their gender pay gap will come into effect on 27 February 2024.

As of 2024, Protiviti Australia meet this requirement and have produced our first report.

Protiviti is truly committed to gender equality in the workplace through its gender diversity initiatives. Addressing the gender pay gap is an essential part of our wider diversity, equality and inclusion strategy, which is at the heart of our culture.

Our gender equity strategy

We are committed to increasing female representation and leadership within Protiviti. We actively promote gender equity in the workplace through our education, communication, recruitment, advancement, retention, mentorship, sponsorship and community outreach efforts.

Our inclusion champion network

Our global network of inclusion champions implement diversity programing at the local office level, organising educational programs and events and facilitating local employee network groups that connect with our global diversity and inclusion strategies.

Inclusion moves us forward together

We are on this diversity, equity and inclusion journey together, and we succeed through teamwork, diversity and respect for one another. We operate in a highly collaborative manner where all viewpoints are heard and valued. We recognise gender equality in the workplace and promote flexibility as essential to supporting our people.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion partners

We are proud to partner with Women in Banking and Finance, Pride in Diversity through ACON, Catalyst, DisabilityIN and Out & Equal. Through these partnerships, we share related best practices, knowledge and educational resources for our people around the world.

Building wholistic and strong relationships with our alliances is key to our success. An important component of these relationships is to pay it forward and do our part to secure the next generation of leaders through scholarships. We care, we collaborate, but most importantly we deliver on what it means to have relationships built on reciprocity.
