Employee Network Groups are grass-roots groups that organize both in-person and online to promote DEI
initiatives within the firm. While the activities in these groups are driven by employees, they are
supported by leadership and provide our employees an “Opportunity to Have an Impact” as noted in our
People Promises.
The
Experience Hire Network’s
mission is to help experienced hires successfully transition into Protiviti and provide them with the
right resources for a successful start within the firm.
Highlighted Event:
The Lessons from Leadership event hosted by the Experienced Hire Network focused on personal branding and
provided practical tips to employees on how to become and stay successful at Protiviti.
GET IT
aims to address the unique challenges people face when pursuing careers in technology and strives to
create greater gender diversity in those fields.
Highlighted Event:
GET IT Panel Discussion: Active Allyship in Tech. GET IT hosted a virtual panel and small group discussion
on the topic of what it means to be an active ally in tech. This virtual discussion provided an
opportunity to discuss how anyone can become active allies and advocates to further improve
diversity of underrepresented groups and women in technology.
Growth and Retention of Women in the Workplace (iGROWW)

iGROWW
provides a workplace community for women employees and a forum to enhance employee success, with
initiatives focused on the recruiting, mentoring, growth, and retention of women.
Highlighted Event:
The iGROWW and Multicultural Employee Networking Groups hosted a webinar, Intersectionality: How Gender
Converges with Our Diverse Identities and the Impacts of Bias. Deborah Munster and Bridgette Scales from
Seramount (Diversity Best Practices) discussed how to take time to learn more about identities,
microaggressions, and biases.
The Multicultural Network
(MENG) promotes an inclusive working environment and creates a network in which employees of all cultures,
races, religions, nationalities, and ethnicities feel accepted and valued.
Highlighted Event:
Juneteenth Webinar — the Multicultural Employee Networking Group hosted a panel for a group of employees
to share their stories, as well as their perspectives on structural racism and its impact on the Black
community.
ASPIRE (Asian Social Professional Initiative and Resourceful Employees)

group vision is to enhance the presence and influence of Pan-Asian professionals at Protiviti and
beyond.
Highlighted Event: ASPIRE celebrated Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI)
Heritage Month with a guest speaker from the
White House who discussed the White House’s work in the #StopAsianHate movement. Weekly educational
themes, AAPI Leadership spotlights and an Asian cooking session were also shared.
The Black Employee Inclusion Network Group
vision is to cultivate leaders within Protiviti through practiced inclusion and advancement opportunities
for employees who identify as Black and/or African American, ultimately demonstrating Protiviti’s
commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Highlighted Event:
BEING volunteered with the Smithsonian African-American museum in a Transcribe-a-thon event in which BEING
members transcribed, reviewed, and explored digitized Smithsonian collections.
The Latin and Hispanic Employee Network Group
vision is to promote and sustain an inclusive environment where Latin/Hispanic professionals can thrive
across all levels of the organization.
Highlighted Event:
For National Hispanic Heritage Month, Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) CEO, Damian
Rivera shared his experiences as a Latino leader and internal panelists discussed their role models,
microaggressions, and how to be successful.
Our Parents Network
is a community for working parents at Protiviti and through this network, we empower working parents to
share successes, exchange information, support transitions and tackle challenges they may be facing
together.
Highlighted Event:
The Parents Network hosted a renowned psychologist and writer to speak to our employees about Parenting
During Uncertain Times. The speaker gave real life examples, best practices and answered direct questions
from parents.
The proPRIDE
network provides a workplace community for LGBTQ+ employees and welcomes participation from both LGBTQ+
employees and allies.
Highlighted
Event:
The Lesbians Who Tech Summit Panel was hosted by several Protiviti Employee Networking Groups (ENGs),
including GET IT, iGroww, Multicultural, and proPRIDE. The panel shared inspiration they gleaned from an
earlier Lesbians Who Tech conference, including strategies for leading with diversity in mind.
ProMIND
aims to promote mental health and well-being and reduce the stigma of mental health challenges through
open dialogue and support for one another, resource sharing, and encouraging mindful activities.
Highlighted Event:
ProMIND hosted a Time to Talk series encouraging employees to connect with one another and discuss how
they are doing. ProMIND also published a series sharing vulnerable personal stories surrounding their
experiences with mental health, burnout, anxiety and depression.
The mission of the Veterans Network
is to have a positive impact on the careers of employees with prior and ongoing military service or their
spouses and to improve Protiviti’s ability to attract and retain employees from this deep and unique
talent pool.
Highlighted Event:
The Veterans ENG hosted a virtual panel on learning more about Protiviti Military Veterans. The panel
explored the challenges Veterans face entering civilian workforce, skills that our Veterans bring to
Protiviti, and how employees can support Veterans during the interview process or throughout their
civilian career.
