Chasing Change and Opportunity

Rich has built an impressive career in the technology sector, gaining extensive experience in IT strategy and operations. Formerly leading software engineering and technology initiatives at a financial institution, Rich found he craved more dynamic and diverse challenges. A decision that led him to his role at Protiviti.

“Protiviti represented this opportunity to create something new and push boundaries. That was what I craved then and now, seven years in, innovation remains a constant in my projects,” he reflects.

Building Protiviti’s AI Studio

Most recently, Rich focused on innovation as part of the team launching the Protiviti AI Studio. In this role Rich was tasked with creating tangible value for both clients and internal teams.

“Our AI Studio serves as a comprehensive platform for envisioning, exploring, and experimenting with AI to address a wide array of business challenges,” explains Rich.

He elaborates, “Externally, we identify key AI use cases, build prototypes, and showcase them to clients.” he explains. Internally, Rich and team are working toward a fully functional, self-service platform where employees can explore AI capabilities, view demos, and request updates to integrate AI into client projects.

Rich knows collaboration is foundational to any successful project. In his role he is often tasked with, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring diverse perspectives and skill sets come together to create innovative solutions.
