Sydney Brown began her journey at Protiviti straight out of college, after completing an internship with the firm. She quickly rose through the ranks to become a Senior Consultant. Despite being new to the corporate world, she was not new to inclusive leadership, skills she has honed through her active involvement and leadership in Protiviti's Black Employee Inclusion Network Group (BEING), one of Protiviti’s Employee Network Groups.

Elevating Client Experiences with Strategic Solutions

Sydney spearheads initiatives that significantly improved processes for a major financial services client grappling with consumer products issues. By managing complex challenges end-to-end and collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders, she delivers timely resolutions that not only enhance client satisfaction but also streamline operations.

Prior to Sydney’s parental Leave following the birth of her daughter, she supported a large financial services client’s issues management team in their efforts to identify hurdles and improve process efficiency, quality, and consistency.
