Todd is a Managing Director at Protiviti and leads the Dallas Office. Todd has 28 years of risk consulting experience providing internal audit and consulting services. Prior to Protiviti, Todd spent five years with Arthur Andersen.

Major Projects

Currently serve as the lead Managing Director for multiple clients in the Consumer Products and Retails industry where we support their Internal Audit function by delivering internal audit, IT internal audit, and SOX services.
Managed large scale Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance initiatives at over 50 different clients since 2003.
Lead multiple Public Company Readiness Assessments and associated follow-on work streams associated with becoming a public company.
Managed numerous Internal Audit reviews executed as part of both full outsourcing and co-sourcing arrangements within a variety of industries and across a broad spectrum of topics including business and IT.
Worked to develop an FCPA compliance program with a company’s Chief Compliance Officer to cover a large network of independent distributors and international subsidiaries.
