Brittany is a cornerstone of our Orlando office, driving initiatives that acknowledge achievements and foster a culture of gratitude across the firm. She joined Protiviti in 2007 and has experienced a remarkable career evolution—starting as a receptionist in the Orlando office, transitioning to HR, and to her current position as the Rewards and Recognition Manager, supporting global collaboration efforts.

Cultivating a Culture of Recognition

Brittany's role in rewards and recognition spans various facets, from managing benefits and our rewards communication process; to partnering with our parent company Robert Half to introduce innovative tools like Culture Cloud, a recognition program allows employees to quickly and easily recognise their colleagues for actions that align with Protiviti’s values. She also works closely with closely with the performance team to find ways to infuse recognition into our organisation through other structured initiatives that celebrate employee achievements and encourage a sense of belonging and appreciation within Protiviti.

Brittany also acknowledges the compounding benefit employee recognition has on clients.
