Ken Thomas Managing Director Ken is a Managing Director in the Business Performance Improvement practice. Ken brings 30 years of finance experience from serving multiple leadership roles where he provides proactive business advice, operational excellence and continuous business performance improvement to his clients. Prior to joining Protiviti, Ken served in progressively responsible leadership roles at MetLife, Inc., a Fortune 50 company where he was the Head of Enterprise Management Reporting, and responsible for the company’s global financial forecast, plan and analysis. Previously, he was MetLife’s Global Controller, and responsible for the accounting controllership in over forty-five countries. Prior to this role, Ken was responsible for MetLife's Global Finance Operations consisting of the Global and Regional Shared Services, the Enterprise Financial Close team, and the Global Financial Systems teams. Before joining MetLife, Ken was the CFO at Informa, PLC. where he was responsible for this FTSE 100 company’s Americas regional finance and accounting and shared services.
