Ascend is the largest Pan-Asian business professional membership organization in North America. Its mission is to: “develop, support, and empower Pan-Asians throughout their careers with a network for growth and advancement that enables our members to serve our vibrant communities to the best of their abilities.”

Protiviti has engaged with Ascend since 2016. We sponsored employees to attend Ascend’s annual conventions and regional conferences. Employees also partake in the local chapter membership program with access to year-round events and resources. Protiviti’s Pan-Asian Employee Network Group, Asian Social Professional Innovative and Resourceful Employees (ASPIRE) actively participates through local and national activities to further develop our Pan-Asian leaders and collaborate on community service initiatives. Lastly, Protiviti is involved in local chapters, where we have employees holding Board or Committee Leadership roles.

We are proud to announce that Robert Half and Protiviti’s Pan-Asian employee network groups, APEX and ASPIRE respectively, were selected as Ascend’s 2023 Employee Resource Group (ERG) Impact Award winners. The award recognizes and celebrates an organization’s workforce, community, and business impact in advancing Pan-Asian professionals.
