Jo is well-versed in balancing the desire for risk-taking in pursuit of strategic results whilst honoring the need for disciplined risk management to safeguard business value.  Jo worked extensively across Europe in her time with General Electric and has recently returned to ANZ, where she began her technology career and where she is now head of operational risk management for the Group Technology Division.
