Hani Masood

Managing Director

Hani is a Managing Director in Chicago with over 22 years of consulting experience specializing in finance transformation, shared services, remediation support and program management.  Hani also spent his first 12 years at Protiviti helping companies build their corporate governance programs to prepare to go public.  Hani co-leads the Business Performance Improvement (“BPI”) Solution Team in Chicago and serves as the Central Region Leader for Protiviti’s Managed Business Solutions (“MBS”) delivery model.

Major Projects

  • Finance Transformation – Led a number of transformations in the finance and accounting space leading teams to help mature or improve people, process or technology across several major business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc.
  • Shared Services – Led several small- and large-scale projects focused on either building, scaling or optimizing shared services as well as helping clients lift and shift teams from onshore to near-shore and offshore.  
  • Remediation Support – Led and supported a number of projects to improve working capital primarily around billing and collection clean-up efforts, accounts payable backlogs, account reconciliations, etc.
  • Commercial Real Estate – Led multiple transformation engagements of teams up to 100+ team members across several of the largest global commercial real estate firms.  Support projects across all areas of operations from property / facilities management, broker, advisory, lease administration, etc. 
  • Remote Contact Center – Overall Program Leader for a contact center that reached levels of up to 1,600 remote agents during the COVID19 Pandemic.  Team improved performance from 40% of contacts taken to 100% in 3 months.
  • Public Company Readiness – Led numerous public company readiness engagements helping clients successfully transition to a publicly traded company.   We have supported clients assess their readiness and establish the required infrastructure, processes, internal controls, technology.
