Andy Willis

Andy is a Managing Director at Protiviti and is a leader in Protiviti’s Internal Audit and Financial Controls practice. He has over 25 years of experience working with companies to increase the value of the internal audit function to both the organization and its stakeholders. Andy has been responsible for leading multiple internal audit efforts ranging from co-sourcing to large worldwide outsourcing engagements. In this capacity he has directed all aspects of a compliance program including Sarbanes-Oxley services, annual audit plan development and execution, enterprise risk management and communication with audit committees around risk and risk related matters. He has worked extensively in the manufacturing and energy sectors and is a Certified Internal Auditor and an Associate Chartered Accountant in the UK. Andy started his career in the London practice of Arthur Andersen and graduated from the University of Birmingham with a master’s degree in electrical engineering.
