Esen Orhan

Coming into the firm with a broad range of international business experience, Esen joined Protiviti in 2006 as an associate director. She is experienced in business process optimization, finance transformation, and risk management thus combining hands on operational financial management with a consulting background. She has led numerous engagements focused on optimization and building business cases for transformation and processes improvement. She also has extensive experience in management consulting, managed staffing solutions, finance and business transformation, and merger/acquisition integration across various industries.

Esen has more than 10 years of business experience, in addition to her 15 years of consulting experience. She started her career in Arthur Andersen in 1997; after that joined Volvo for 7 years as a financial and business controller. She also worked as an ICT controller in Friesland Campina, a global dairy company with €11 billion in annual revenue, headquartered in the Netherlands. Esen is the manufacturing & distribution industry lead and a subject matter expert for the global automotive industry group in Protiviti.
