Gender Pay Gap

Mandatory requirements for UK employers with over 250 staff to disclose their gender pay gap came into force on 6 April 2017.

As of 2022, we now meet this requirement and have produced our first report.

Addressing the gender pay gap is an essential part of our wider diversity, equality and inclusion strategy, which is at the heart of our culture.

Women on Boards UK

Women on Boards UK

We are proud to have partnered with Women on Boards UK for a second consecutive year and to have published a joint report, Hidden Talent: Diversity & Inclusion in the FTSE All-Share.

The report monitors the gender representation on FTSE All-Share and AIM listed boards. Plus, in a first of its kind analysis of over 1,000 listed companies, the report also looks at the mix of skills and expertise of executives called on to join the board, shining light on a crucial but often forgotten area of boardroom diversity – diversity of expertise.

You can read the report in full here.
