The Marketing and Communications team at PKIC handles key work areas to support Protiviti’s global marketing programs and strategies.

Overview

The Marketing team in India was established in 2011 as part of the Protiviti Knowledge and Innovation Center to support the global Marketing & Communications team.  Over the years, this function has transformed to be an exceptionally strong team that handles key work areas for Protiviti’s Global Marketing & Communication program. It comprises of four major functions:

Digital Marketing Services: The Digital (Marketing Automation, Web Development, Web Content Management, Marketing Analytics and social media) has been working on building the foundation for an advanced digital marketing data ecosystem. This includes brand relevance, sales enablement, and demand generation

  • Our team conducts web analytics through tools including Google Studio, Google Analytics, Power BI, Azure Services and SQL
  • Managing the email marketing channel for Protiviti US and International offices through Eloqua, Taxi for Email, Litmus and On24 Webinar and Eloqua Insight
  • Website development and management for 30+ Protiviti owned offices and member firms using Drupal and Brightedge
  • Social Media marketing and brand awareness through Adobe Creative suite, Google Analytics, Lumen 5, Canva and Lead Forensics

International Marketing: Includes teams providing support to regional marketing teams in APAC and EU on various marketing areas including digital

Global Creative Team: Protiviti's award-winning in-house agency is the driving force of creative exploration, expansion, and evolution of the Protiviti brand. The team creates impactful branded experiences both online and offline for future and existing clients and employees from concept through to launch. Key support areas include brand identity, thought leadership, marketing collaterals, tradeshows, advertising, video and animations, newsletters and themes for Corporate Internal Communications.

Salesforce: The Salesforce team is responsible for managing all the data in CRM system including reports/dashboards. The team also manages admin tasks, user management and access management. The team works closely with global team based in the US and provides support to SFDC users and Marketing team using tools Demand Tools , Apex Data Loader and Dupe Blocker
