Nikhil Kataria

Nikhil is a Senior Manager at Protiviti’s Global Brand and Creative function, where he leads a team of highly talented creatives with specialized skills in graphic design, motion design, video production, UX and UI. He has been associated with Protiviti since 2013 and has rich experience in working with global stakeholders across verticals, playing a key role in creating brand strategies for the organization. In his role, he creates and manages development of marketing concepts and delivery of projects that enhance brand equity. Prior to Protiviti, he held a design position with the in-house Creative team at CEB (now Gartner). Nikhil is passionate about inspiring and empowering his team to bring new ideas to life. He believes in creating beautiful, emotion-driven and thought-provoking work that functions for the business goals and resonates with audiences. He is also a strong believer in the art of minimalism.
