M&A Deal Review H1 2021 MENA Region

M&A activity in the MENA region witnessed a slow-down during 2020 on account of the economic uncertainties caused by COVID-19. However, H1 2021 witnessed a rebound in deal activity as a result of consolidation across certain sectors and as deal makers adapted to the new normal of the COVID-19 crisis.
