PKIC Operations team is a versatile group of different teams that support various global business functions. It comprises of Design, Learning and Development and Finance & Operations Reporting teams wherein each group acts as a catalyst to the global practice and enhances their overall experience. The team has adapted to the firm’s needs with an Agile approach and has evolved continuously to expand its service offerings over the years.
What we do
Design
PKIC design team specializes in the creation of presentations, proposals, videos, computer-based trainings and enhancement of business deliverables, collaterals and marketing materials such as webinars, placemats, mailers, etc. using Protiviti and client templates. The team caters to both internal as well as external audience and is proficient in using advanced tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, MS Office suite, Articulate Storyline and Storyblocks.
Learning and Development
The Learning and Development team works on the design and development of high-impact learning programs and is involved in ideation and brainstorming from scratch to develop innovative concepts and designs. They primarily use Articulate Storyline for eLearning rapid authoring, Vyond for micro-learning video production, Camtasia for video editing, and multiple Adobe Creative Cloud tools for creating engaging visuals. They are also involved in facilitation and implementation of global trainings.
Finance & Operations Reporting
The Finance & Operations Reporting team serves the global leadership with client revenue and HR reporting and provides timely and accurate data analysis which helps them take informed business decisions. The team is involved in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards and further supports the practice teams by coordinating with them on the activities related to project set up, budget activation, uploading contracts and time and expense reporting. Some of the tools used by the team include Power BI, Azure Data Factory, MS Excel, Power Apps, SSDT, Power Automate and MS Forms.
KnowledgeLeader
Our in house KnowledgeLeader team supports the global team with standardizing the content, handling social media, and University Program subscriptions. We also support the team in areas of customer service where in we support them in creating accounts and resolve their queries related to their respective accounts. This helps the website to build as a one stop shop for Internal Audit and risk management templates and publications.
