Kimberly Dickerson
EVP, Global Operations and Technology
Kimberly Dickerson is an executive vice president responsible for Protiviti global operations and technology. Formerly, she was regional managing director with P&L responsibility for one of the firm’s largest regions, the U.S. Northeast. She also had direct oversight of Protiviti’s New York office, which is the largest in the firm. Kimberly has more than 20 years of experience in Protiviti’s Risk and Compliance practice where she led large scale programmes for clients in the financial services industry concentrating on operational efficiency and control, regulatory compliance, risk management and organisational design.
Kimberly currently holds several additional roles within Protiviti, including as an executive sponsor of the firm’s employee network group for the growth and retention of women (iGROW) and as a co-lead of Protiviti’s Racial Equity Steering Committee. She is a member of the Protiviti steering committee designed to help employees grow their careers, and she represents the firm as a partner with the St. John’s University Institute for Critical Race and Ethnic Studies.
Kimberly holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing and finance from the University of Charleston. She sits on the university’s board of trustees and on the boards of the Women’s Bond Club and the Greater Washington (DC) Board of Trade. She was named one of the ‘Top 25 Consultants’ by Consulting magazine in 2015.
