Evelyn Dilsaver
Evelyn Dilsaver is a recognised leader in building highly motivated teams in the public and nonprofit sector. She is the former President and CEO of Charles Schwab Investment Management, where she led all facets of the business, growing its assets from US$137 billion to more than US$200 billion in four years while generating US $1 billion in revenue.
During this time, she also served as Chair of the Board for Women’s Initiative, a nonprofit organisation that helped lower-income women start more than 3,000 new businesses annually. Dilsaver is active on several nonprofit boards, including The Commonwealth Club, Cal State East Bay and the Smithsonian National Library and Archives. She previously served as Compensation Committee chair for Blue Shield of California and in leadership roles for other companies including banks, mutual funds and consumer retail.
She currently serves on both public and private boards including Audit Chair for Tempur Sealy, Nominating and Governance Chair for Health Equity, audit committee member for QuidelOrtho (Molecular Diagnostics) and a private REIT. In 2024, Dilsaver was appointed to serve as an independent board member for PACS Group.
